Utilities are In!

It has taken more months than we could ever have guessed, but we are happy to report that all utilities are now installed at our property!!

Long ago, sewer and drainage lines were installed, followed by water and electrical.  The utility work began with a beautifully graded property, which was soon upended by trenches and more trenches as pipes were laid and levels filled.

When it came time for gas lines, they requested a trash enclosure be built.  (A funny – and fitting – first structure to be built on the property!)  Due to changes in county regulations, the footings had to be redesigned and then resubmitted to the city.

Once that process was (FINALLY!) completed, the gas lines were installed and the final main trench filled back in.  Now visible work will begin soon!!
